TAXILA: Police conducted an operation to rescue a doctor kidnapped in Taxila Tehsil of Rawalpindi, where eight people were killed, including the doctor removed six kidnappers and a sub-inspector, Geo News reported Thursday.According sources police, a doctor has been removed from Haripur area a month ago and demanded Rs 10 million ransom.Police conducted an operation on Thursday morning to save the doctor removed Tehsil Taxila. During the operation, six kidnappers, including two women were killed while check afterload in Raja Hasnain and the doctor were also killed in the cross fire.Police recovered grenades and other ammunition from the possession of the captors. Security forces have cordoned off the area while investigations are ongoing.
