SHEIKHUPURA: Six persons lost their lives in road accidents caused due
to fog on Sheikhupura Motorway near Farooqabad and Raiwind, Geo News
reported Thursday.According to motorway sources, several vehicles
traveling from Islamabad to Lahore collided with passenger busses and a
trailer near Farooqabad, killing three persons including a woman
identified as Samina.Fourteen persons were also injured in the accident
who were shifted to district quarter hospital.Two persons were killed
when a passenger van collided with a truck near Raiwind due to haze
while a motorcycle rider also died after his vehicle ran into a
footpath.
