MANILA: The death toll from tropical storm Washi rose to 119 on Saturday as it raked across the southern Philippines, causing widespread flash floods, officials said.Military spokesman Colonel Leopoldo Galon said they had found 71 bodies in Cagayan de Oro, a major port on Mindanao island, while the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said 48 people were killed elsewhere on the island.
